Wow Chhowni
A new study regarding cooking oil/ghee pops up every few months. It's healthy one day and unhealthy the next, if we go by what these research papers imply. I'm a firm believer of #YOLO and #HakunaMatata so I don't read these research studies anyway. :p

Be wary whenever you buy Ghee. Nickel is used as catalyst and substandard brands do not filter it out completely when preparing ghee. The resultant residue is bad for health and potentially toxic.

It' all nonsense if you ask me. Companies over-inflate the importance of Omega-3 and other such fatty acids.

expensive you say so where can i find finest in 5-10kg packing in Lahore and for how much any difference in taste etc.?
I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil myself, There are many types of Olive Oil available in Market, 1) Refined, 2) Pomace & 3) Extra Virgin, Never buy refined as they are not suitable for human consumption, Now Pomace Olive Oil version is extracted from the waste of Virgin Olive Oil and mixed with virgin to give color and flavor it will be cheaper, Now the main part Extra Virgin is the real first cold pressed oil and like 50 to 60 % expensive then Refined & Pomace, They come in 4 ltr and can be found in any big grocery store. Try to buy Dalda most of the imported brands are fake.

And by the way, Taste and smell of Olive Oil is very sharp and never use Olive Oil for Deep frying instead buy canola for Deep frying.

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
