Best place to buy mountain bike from (in Karachi)

I have never ridden a bicycle in my life (and I am old now) but given health issues, I want to at least learn. My questions for the forum:

(i) I have read up on it and I am thinking a mountain bike is best price-wise right now, right? (road bikes are expensive)
(ii) Where is the best place to buy a bike in Karachi? I am guessing Saddar, magar saddar mein where exactly?

You can also check for any Speakers/Woofers Repair shop in your area. They usually have these kind of male-female adapters.
