But a shoot out segment in St. Denis is already in the benchmark, so many L's :laugh1: :laugh1:

I know right, the L's keep coming. The DF guy is clearly saying the benchmark is not representative of the full game and separately we have multiple people (including one in the 2 hr stream you yourself linked) actually saying how in the game in St. Denis runs below 30 FPS at 1080p and requires 900p at least. :laugh1:

Chalo now that vein has been thoroughly tapped of it's L's, here's the giant bomb PC version quick look

I know right, the posts that have no proof to back up the claims keep dropping. We have a benchmark video where a horseback shoot out in St. Denis is running above 30fps. We've also seen other areas of the game run well above 30fps on Medium settings on a 1050 Ti. The guy streaming also never shows 1050 Ti Low performance in St. Denis. What the DF guy says only proves that St. Denis is not the most intensive stress point in the game. But the goal posts keep shifting, the L's keep dropping. Nevermind the fact that base PS4 itself struggles to keep a stable 30fps. Nevermind the fact that even the Pro is stuck at whatever settings the base PS4 and Xbox One version is stuck at, and it can't even run a native 4K version itself on Xbox One settings.

But Chandoo keeps shit posting and making claims based on zero evidence :laugh1:

And he still cannot find out what settings those "beautiful 4K images at 23-28fps" were at :laugh1:

Now, the only relevant thing to come out of Giantbomb will be the Death Stranding review. Do tag me once its out.

Itna ghussa kyoo ho Necro :laugh1:

Proof from poster with 1050Ti was linked, proof from Digital Foundry guy was linked, proof time stamp from your own stream where the video maker is saying outright that 1050 Ti can't do 30 FPS in St. Denis was linked.

Ab ap fake news bolo ya outright ignore karo, doesn't change that you were wrong through and through :laugh1:

The guy streaming also never shows 1050 Ti Low performance in St. Denis
Leave a comment on that guy's video, you're the one who used it here as evidence :laugh1:

We're just going by commentary in a video you yourself posted here.

And he still cannot find out what settings those "beautiful 4K images at 23-28fps" were at :laugh1:
I'm starting to get concerned here Necro, I think it's time to take that annual vision inspection test :laugh1:

Also note that unlike many of your posts, there's no 'edited at so and so time' comment here, it has always been there since the post was made :laugh1:

Necro yar ab bass hogai hai, banda ek hadd tak hi L's deliver kar sakta hua :laugh1:

Bhae mere DF analysis aane do itna ghussa kyun hai bhai?

The era post you conveniently posted, why didn't you post the DF guy's response to it?

Here, let me do it.
If we're going to post posts, why not post the follow up from the original 1050 Ti user asking what areas DF have checked so far, to which there is no reply as of yet :laugh1:

https://www.resetera.com/threads/red-dead-redemption-ii-pc-performance-thread.151303/post-26183018

Let's recap the L's.

- At least 2 people playing the game, and one on live stream benching the game even, have said outright that a 1050 Ti cannot do 30 FPS/1080p in the St. Denis location. There might be a lot more sources for this if we take the time to go through the Reddit mega threads and whatnot.

- A Benchmark video featuring a snippet in St. Denis was posted with an avg of 32 FPS or so, but DF have confirmed the actual game is more performance intensive than the benchmark tool. The base PS4 version runs at an average of 29 FPS at 1080p with settings arguably higher than the Low on PC by eye balling 1050 Ti and PS4 videos.

- DF have not released their video yet, we do not know what areas their videos will cover. Most other benchmarks so far have only covered the lighter Prologue areas or the barren world, smaller emptier towns.

- The game is generally performing poorly across a glut of cards from 1050Ti to delivering a cinematic 23~28 FPS at 4K Ultra + 4XMSAA on the worlds most expensive GPU right now. There are numerous articles all across the internet about this, this is not something any one poster is making up.

And yet Necro you're still playing the devils advocate ... that too for a game that you have claimed many times you have no plans of playing :laugh1:

Matlab if this was the Metro Exodus topic it would make sense, but here it's just L's for the sake of L's :laugh1:

The entire string of shitposts your argument rests on, the DF guy you previously quoted, himself shot down :laugh1:

Will be interesting when you listen to the same person's analysis incessantly to jot down summaries :laugh1:

While I would love to be proven wrong, facts are presented as we know them right now (y)
You've already been proven wrong though, which is why you shifted goal posts to St. Denis when first you just flat out said the GTX 1050 Ti cannot run the game better than base PS4 on Low settings.

The benchmark segment of St. Denis is a real gameplay scenario, unlike the other fly through segments which aren't necessarily representative of actual gameplay in other games either. And even an actual gameplay of St. Denis wouldn't indicate how the game performs in snowstorms and snow deformation conditions so your goal posts will keep on shifting, as always (y)

Necro yar bass kar do :p

You, yourself shared the stream where the author said the same thing. Goal posts have been in the same place, apki ball out of bounds hai :p

2 : 50 : 59

Waiting to see if DF video proves otherwise and what areas/settings they test.

Now this is something a lot more reasonable. Based on PS4 equivalent settings, a 970 (OC ?) is able to get 50~ FPS average based on the benchmark @ 1080p.

This little discussion has been a classic example of "if I can't run it according to my expectations, the optimization is shit"...

But if it "bodes well for me", alls reasonable now :laugh1: :laugh1: :laugh1:

Still doesn't change the fact that a 1050Ti, which is much more powerful than a base PS4, can't render the same visuals at a stable 1080p 30 FPS :laugh1:

But benchmark is reasonable now, as long as Chandoo can run the game at 50-60fps at Lowly-Medium settings :laugh1:

Nope, benchmark continues to be misleading. Barren world medium/high settings, even a 6GB 1060 is averaging in the mid to low 30's.

But somehow Necro will argue that a 1050 Ti is giving 30+ FPS at 1080p Medium in stress areas :laugh1:

Here is GTX 1050 Ti performing better than base PS4 on all Medium settings (many were Low according to your own equivalents you posted here)

Alls reasonable now :laugh1:
