Yes, I've been doing a great job of "(over)hyping" that game. You could learn a thing or two for Cyberpunk

and also expected the reviews to "land in the cumulative range of 80s" like some people did for Sony's big exclusive. Totally the same thing
I dunno about you, but "really good" and "really fun all around" qualitatively sounds like a score in the cumulative range of at least 80s to me. I forked out $80 for the deluxe edition based on this promise :p

Game is utter crap; looks crap (low res textures & models, static boxes, unbreakable (non-destructible) objects) with very dull and empty environs for an open world game. The only thing going for it is the gun play, everything else is really not worth the asking price. Worth $5 or may be $10 but no more than that. It is mad max that is several years too late

Bethesda have officially removed Denuvo from the game with today's patch. So ... another reason to wait for it :p Denuvo-less will probably have a little performance boost as well.

Game is already out. Bethesda fucked up and uploaded a Denuvo-less version on their launcher and the current versions out on Torrents are probably already DRM free with nothing to crack :laugh1:

This iD style of gunplay would never not look dreadfully boring on a controller. And what is up with that extreme fish eye FoV on 16:9 resolution? :tv:
I didn't even use Overdrive or any of the NaNoWtrites in my video, so naturally it'd look dreadfully boring lol. Captured it very early in my playthrough. Was messing around with the FoV setting.

Quick turns aside, I can't spot anything in your video that can't be done with a controller in the hands of someone who knows how to use one :p

"Fundamental limitation aside" :tv:

I can't spot anything in your video
Thats says more about your ability to spot than my video :p

can't be done with a controller
You can't do any of the actions mapped to the face buttons or dpad without letting go of your aim or movement which disrupts the flow of the combat. You also can't switch to any weapon you'd like without slowing down the gameplay by bringing up the combat wheel. Even the core abilities require the L1/LB modifier, whereas on PC they can be mapped to one key.

in the hands of someone who knows how to use one :p
Clearly not you :hah:

And the hands that will, at the very least do better than yours, would look like this and still not get past the limitation of the analog stick

A non-issue for anyone used to the claw position, or anyone in possession of a scuf controller.

You also can't switch to any weapon you'd like without slowing down the gameplay by bringing up the combat wheel.
How many weapons did you switch in that video? And how many times? :hah:

Clearly not you :hah:
Didn't say I was referring to myself. I never claimed to be good at FPS games :p

Deliberately posting bad examples of the claw position

How does that change what Im saying? Oh right it doesn't. You just you don't have any other argument lol

Still early on and haven't gotten more weapons. Be sure to check back once I do.

"Good claw position" is an oxymoron  That's why I didn't care what examples google showed me, just posted one for each.

The controllers are not designed to be used that way. Its an awful workaround rather than an elegant solution which is why its limited "in the hands of few".

A better example would be paddles on the Xbox One Elite controller which is one step in the right direction and should be default going forward.

I mean, I did make that comment regarding your video, didn't I? lol

There are people who have no issues playing this way. If someone can't adjust to it, they can buy a Scuf controller. Where's the issue? lol

An example I mentioned in the first line of my post. :hah:

A Scuf controller has paddles just like the Xbox One Elite controller, and is available for both PS4 and Xbox One.
