yaar ajeeb thing happened to me match connect ho nai rha i got first 7 min prevention then 23 min and now 23 hours networking connection every thing is al right , loading screen par ja kar load hota rehta hai then says disconnected

Ok time to bring this thread's activity back.

Inspired by the discussion on Reddit, I would like to hear your views on the topic "Pick your favorite hero and add a buff you wish they would get for next patch". Im gonna post a couple of heroes to get this discussion underway.


Here are the ones I want


WindRanger:
Focus Fire gives increase attack speed to allies when attacking the unit or building. Good for pushing and taking down a single unit


Legion Commander:
Agh Upgrade gives damage to you and your ally who killed the enemy being duelled with.


Undying:
Tomb Stone require limited number of hits to destroy it. This allows it to scale late game.
Decay now slows the enemy by 50% for .5secs.


Io:
You can now tether BKB ally units

Lycan:
Shape shift makes you phased.
Shape shift gives 50/100/150 bonus health.

Zeus:
Ultimate does damage to invisible heroes.

Tinker:
Can no longer refresh dagger state.
Laser damage changed to magical from pure.
Rocket range changed from 2500 to 1000.
March of the machines is blocked by BKB.
Rearm costs 200/300/400 mana.
Rearm cast time changed to 6/5/4.
Tinker str gain changed to 0.5 from 2.
Tinker turn rate changed from 0.6 to 100.

bear in mind that the hero nerfs will affect professional games too, not just pubs....

tinker's abilities are just fine... the only thing i think is worthy of a nerf is his flash farming speed.... change his abilities to reduce his farming efficiency a bit (increasing mana cost for rearm and march) and that should be that

that is just downright cruel.... bearing in mind that it's a channeling ability... a 6 second channel would probably be the second highest channel in the game? (after freezing field?)

though level 1 rearm SHOULD be nerfed.... so people can't play the entire game on 1 rearm only.... tinker should be forced to pick up the additional levels in rearm so the effect of increasing mana cost comes into effect....

I just hate the idea he can blink into the trees. For that you need to have the right heroes to catch him. Also either increase the mana cost of Dagon or increase the mana cost of lvl 1 and 2 rearm drastically.

that's why i love Beastmaster against tinker.... he has a huge stun to deal with him, a boar that can disable dagger, a hawk that can scout in trees, and an ability that can destroy trees for the rest of the teammates.... all in one counterpick.... and yet people don't really pick it against tinker....

as for the other thing, increasing mana cost of dagon will affect other heroes too, not just tinker... unless icefrog thinks dagon is OP (i don't agree), increasing mana cost of rearm makes the most sense... also increasing mana cost of rearm doesnt mean jack shit if tinker simply skips the additional levels in rearm, which brings me back to my original point that something has to be done to force tinker to pick the additional levels....

one thing that can be done is changing the interaction between rearm and soul ring.... the soul ring effectively reduces the cost of rearm by a significant amount.... that should be looked at

Another thing about beastmaster is that he's just as good as WITH a tinker as he is against him. His hawk can allow for tinker to easily chase down heroes, relocate to places if they don't have any creeps or towers nearby etc, and his whirling axes allows him to stack the ancients easily for Tinker.

I believe Fnatic did just that when Excalibur was playing for them.
