anti-tinker wards are useless during that pre-dagon/blink period... tinkers don't farm lanes before they get these items.... they farm the jungle/ancients

Ancient should ofc be blocked. And one ward in the enemy jungle will let you gank him whenever he's there.
Get a nyx nyx nyx.

Nyx works very well against a tinker.
Just get that dagon up fast. Keep ganking him , if he gets a dagger and bots then its tricky. But then you just have to be clever and catch him out right after a tp to a lane.

Got a paki teammate today in ranked solo.. He was about 0-7 with Mirana and trying to get my farm. I called him ****** ka bacha and immediately felt bad All's well that ends well though. Won the game after coming back after trailing by 30,000 exp and god knows how much gold.

It all depends on you, I personally like the Razor, Undying and Shadow Shaman immortal. its better you buy them from the market. The Doomling is around $16 on the market

probably the fact that they got their visas so late... lack of preparation maybe... their teamwork looked off... multiple cases where it looked like obvious miscommunication...

Well, its an immortal so I'm going to be getting it regardless. But I like them (not great, but OK-ish).

As for courier.. I'll try but its kinda hard since this time around, there are only a limited amount of items people can buy per day.
