wtf was that ? i don't know what's wrong with selectors here. wahab who have a pretty poor 2013 (lets forget past) is picked over asad ali who just played 3 matches with an economy of 3.2 and so much accurate whereas wahab have no control on his deliveries he is just a bowler who spays bowls after bowls with no intention.his only performance came against india in WC2011 but don't know whats wrong with selectors here. @Ottoman perhaps you are right siffarishi na hota tu kabhi itnay chance na miltay.now look at wahab ODI performance in 2013 : " 10 matches, 6 wickets, average 59.1,Economy 5.6,SR 63."but yeah he is legend and if you want me to mention his 2012/2013, 2012 performance its even worst with 65 and 75. really a poor decision.mark my word he will play an important rule in pakistan loss today because his bowling is even worst in 2nd inning.

Yeah i agree with you on Wahab Riaz, Waqar Younis clearly said that the guy just can't bowl with the new ball, where now a days there are two new balls @ each end, incase Mohammad Irfan or Junaid Khan go for runs with the new ball, we need someone to come & take over & Wahab Riaz just simply can't do that. I reckon even him taking 4 wickets against India @ mohali was a fluke. :IAS:

Dreadful bowling by an immensely over rated bowler. Rambo was right, Hafeez wouldn't have fared any worse had he been thrown the ball.

when wahab riaz was selectedto bowlyou knew west indies had a chance because he has no control at all and lol at umer akmal failing to gather the bowl. Should have been afridi or hafeez. Serves misbah right to play so slow. You cant keep getting away with such low scores. When did the last time pak scored 280+ ? The mentality has to change . play with flair and have aggressive approach

All in all, it was a captaincy blunder. Ajmal's over was the turning point. You don't hand over the ball to someone who has a history of failing to contain the flow of runs at the death. Those crucial six deliveries started tilting the match in West Indies favour.
Wahab's over proved to be the icing on the cake. Sprayed the ball all over the pitch. :fp1:

@Soulhunter And this was a batsman's paradise! Were it not for some late hitting by Akmal and Wahab, we may not even have crossed 200.
Misbah is a cancer to this team. He may be scoring runs, he may be the highest run getter in ODIs this calendar year but his mentality is killing the team from within.

Need a young aggressive captain. No more Hafeezs, Afridis or Misbahs please......

If umar had coaught the ball the game was ours but it was a mistake starting from captain to bowler to keeper hence a total team faliure.

since we cannot remove hafeez because he is a decent bowler atleast what we can do is put him at no6 and promote umer akmal to no 4. I was never a fan of wahab riaz. one of the least skillfull pakistan seamer i have seen in the last decade. even after 5years he has not learned how to bowl inswinger. Should bring in hamad azam in his place. today his tulas worked during batting but be is nothing more than a tailender. Iam pretty sure failure to win this series will spell curtains for misbahs captaincy and his defensive approach in batting along with his defensive strategies have damaged this team greatly.
