PCB is finding a way to convince the Cricket Boards that situation in our country is normal for organizing a tour. Now Bangladesh team being a minnow or not is supposed to give PCB a reason in the future for convincing other teams. May be you people are not understanding the "importance" of Bangladeshi team's arrival in Pakistan

There can be two way implications if Bangladesh comes to Pakistan:

1. International cricket comes back to Pakistan after a successful series. PCB recovering from the financial crisis it has to face in the absence of sponsor money.
2. If in any case a terrorist activity occurs during their stay in Pakistan, it will completely halt any chances of International cricket for at least a decade.

Why? It will go off-topic but you should go a little back and observe that West has been siding with India more than they do with us. For e.g the checking of Sharukh Khan, US immediately apologised to India but never does to us even when they kill hundreds of people in drone attacks etc.
