Apple Watch will have issues like all Apple 1st gen devices. All these issues will be worked out in Apple Watch 2.

True, "most" do. But apple products also drastically improve from gen 1 to gen 2 not just in terms of stability but in terms of overall hardware improvement as well.

e.g difference between iPad 1 and 2. The latter is supporting iOS 8 and still running majority of the apps.
