New Rig Help Guyz!

Pak Bros. king here. Me going for upgrade to new rig, need your help

Currenty here is my specs.

intel d945 GCNL MOBO
intel E7200 2.56 Ghz
xfx 9800 GTX+ 512mb DDR3
2GB DDR2 @ 667 Mhz
250gb SATA HDD + 160 GB SATA HDD

Now I am looking for either

1.Quad 8400
2.4GB Ram @ 800 Mhz
3.Intel Board that supports above two.
4.A case to fit all them into.( current one is 1500rs. case a small one )

OR

you tell...

Note:
1.I have 20K in cash, and I am in lahore.
2.I cant sell GFX Card, rest in upgrade.

Guide me please.

Get Core i3 based system instead of Q8400, later you will be able upgrade to Corei5/i7

yes u have 20k in ur hand and sell ur system in abt 12k-13k excluding graphics card and 250gb hard drive so thats makes ur budget round abt 32k
so go for this
core i3 530 =10800
mobo asusp7h55v =9800
ram kingston 4gb ram=9500
total =30,100rs

well i cant sell hdd...its almost in full use so, i heard i3 is kinda slow, what about Q8400?

asus p7h55-v = 9200(galaxy is selling this board in 9.2k and czone selling this board in 9.8k)
2gb kingston ram =4500
total =32,200
i5 is a quad core so if u can sell ur pc components in 12k you can buy this rig and is u r low on budget then buy intel h55 mobo for 8500rs u can save 700rs in mobo

i3 over the q8400, anytime of the day. if you have the budget, get the i3.

i would say its better then the Q8 series but not the 9 series and it definitely beats every other dual core processor in the 775 line (yes dual and core 2 duo are the same thing -__- except for varying cache and FSB)

i3 is awsome in gaming yar!!! check the benchmarks at anandtech

yes, i used it with 5850 @ 1920 x 1080 resolution

if you can, then get Core i5 750, otherwise i3 530 will be sufficient with a powerful GPU

1.Intel i3 530 2.93 Ghz.
2.Asus p7H55 or Asus P7H55-v.
3.Cosair Value Ram 2GB @ 1333mhz

Currenty the following wont change.
1.Current PSU CM PCAR-600 600W ( used for 6 months by me )
2.Seagate SATA HDD 250GB
3.17" Viewsonic LCD
4.XFX 9800gtx+ 512 MB DDR3.

My Question is can the cm 600W PSU handle the new rig parts?

To me it looks like a useless upgrade.. Why dont you upgrade your LCD and GPU first?? Or save up for an i5...
