Need suggestion about my current pc..

hi guys,
i want to know which GPU can support my current hardware. i am not planning to upgrade full pc just my gpu because i dont have enough money to upgrade my full pc. so for the mean time i want to know if my shity rig can handle any mid-range newest GPU so which one will it be? i have Amd R9 270 in my mind and which i think i can get in around under 20k or may be less in used condition. The only games that i want to play currently are GTA V and The Witcher 3. and dont know what future games i would like to play but currently only these games. and i read that this gpu is good but i dont know. So i need advice from Experts so after that i will made up my mind about getting a GPU.

anything like 270/270x/750Ti .... make sure that your PSU is capable ....

Well i have a 450 watts psu will it be enough? And my current system is okay for the cards u mention? And for how much i can get 750Ti or any one of 270/270x ?

So if i go with any one of these card my pc rig is okay to handle them and the games which i want to play i can play without any problem? And on what settings will i be to play GTA V and Witcher 3?

if the PSU has not weaknesses and working perfectly then it should run 750 Ti ...... u know better your PSU condition....

for 270/270x i would not recommend gx450w ... better to get a good 500~600w PSU

The psu is working good. Masha Allah no problem yet.

if you can note the reading of your power supply that would be good checkout the no of "A"(ampere) on +12v. its usually written on the side of the power supply like this

also tell us how much you can spend on your pc so we can suggest you a gpu as well as a psu if required

Sorry but that's all i can show u. because i cant find any thing under my psu may be its on other side of the chasing and right now i cant open it. so see those 2 box images and see if u get any idea about the psu. And pics quality are not that great but still u can see almost every thing clear

35A should be good enough for a 750ti and maybe even R9 270 although I wouldn't recommend overclocking the 270 or getting the 270x

I would recommend you wait for one of Sunny or Cerebrus to comment on this since I am not completely aware of this category of GPU's and their power requirements
