I went through hell, same as you. Did O Levels, and then later was faced with FSc Urdu. I got 76/100 in part 1 and 77/100 in Part 2 so I might be able to help you out.
Let me start off by saying your marks depend purely upon the MOOD of your checker. Just because you got less marks doesn't mean you didnt perform well. I've seen guys with legendary Urdu vocab getting 60-70 marks.
1. Tashreeh: You've got tashreeh of Nazm,Ghazal and a passage from Sabaq. For tashreeh of nazm/ghazal, what wanna do is have QUOTES for that particular shair. A QUOTE maybe another shair, a hadees, a quranic ayat, a famous saying whatever. Nazams are based around a particular theme e.g Glorifying Allah, hardwork, the sacrifices of shuhada etc etc. In this case, get the MUAWIN E ADAB book, find some easy to learn QUOTES that fit the particular theme and then leanr them. They can be used with pretty much every shair of the nazam.
For ghazal, each shair usually has a diffrent theme but you CAN find some common themes e.g 70% of ghazal are based on ISHQ and MUHABBAT. So you wanna get quotes for these topics/themes from MUAWIN E ADAB and in the exam you can use 5-6 of these quotes in ANY ISHQIA shair. Apart from that,maske sure you have adequate length of you tashreeh. For 7 or 8/10 marks, 3 pages is a safe bet. 3 pages plus 5-6 quotes scattered in between and you should be good. Also, no checker is gonna read what you have actually written, they just gonna look at the length, then they're gonna check if u have adequate quotes which should be written with BLUE MARKER and if they like your presentation u get 7/10. Also, always write the MAFHOOM of shair before tashreeh, so that the examiner knows that you understand what the shair actually means and then he wont check your tashreeh indepth but he will just use the method I described above.
So long story short, -Tashreeh must be 3 pages long(speed up your writing, dont worry about bad writing, it should be legible tho)
-have 5-6 quotes scattered in between
-must have MAFHOOM before tashreeh
For Khulasa, just rattafy the sabaq khulasey from MUAWIN E ADAB. No need to write khulasa on ur own.
Remember, length is the MOST IMPORTANT thing. Also, time management is crucial. Speed up your writing so you can produce as much handwritten text in as little time as possible. Beautify your paper, Double Underline important headings and write important keywords with BLUE MARKER. That way the examiner reads only the important stuff.
