actually just a day or 2 before the accident i went there and got my insurance renewed but they din't come over to collect the cheque and meanwhile i had this accident now when i reached out to them to take the cheque so i can claim the damage they said they have to re inspect the car although it was their mistake they din't collect the cheque (and since the car is dmadged so there is no point in re-inspection).. this can be solved if someone resourceful talk to them cuz they are just trying to get clear of the claim now.. yea Alhumdulillah everyone made it out with minor scratches i had a broken arm a twisted wrist and bruised head+arms but now m fine Alhumdulillah a friend got his forehead cut open but he too is now doing fine Alhumdulillah

Damn I hope your problem gets solved asap. BTW I always think how this severity of accident takes place, is that over speeding?

That's one terrible accident. Thanks to Allah that everyone made it out alive.
I could have helped if insurance was covered by NICL as I have contacts there but sadly I can't help here

I dont see how sadqas would help your situation. You should have saved the cash just in case you needed it. The car is totaled and the insurance company probably will make excuses and whatnot so they get out of the situation. You need the money.

Well technically, that could also be 109.

Anything over 30-40 can be really fatal, let alone the speed that your're quoting.

Although I have a hard time believing that this happened to you 'just' with the burst of a tire.

Tyre bursts at high speeds are really fatal...instant loss of control over ur car at times

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
