Need Help to identify the problem......!

i got a problem regarding the games i play on my Computer!

Computer Specs:
Board: Intel DH55HC
RAM: Kingston 2Gb x2(4Gb total)
CPU: core i3 530i 2.93GHz
GPU: AMD HD6790 DDR5 1Gb 256Bit 840Mhz
OS: WINDOWS7 64Bit


Problem:
when i play games there is a visible lag in those games like when i start my MW3 the games lag a lot but after 5 mins the game run's fine but In Battlefield on Ultra settings the game is some time Unplayable (so much lag).
There is an other problem some time during game the texture get lost for about 5 to 15 sec then they come back & even some time L.A Noire lag a lot....!
so i took my system to the shop and told them about the problem's they said that it is cause of the power supply but is have 500w cooler-master and 1 of my friend have same specs and he have no problem's like these!



So i need ur advice on these issues i was thinking that this is cause of a GPU (Card)......!

did you tried reinstalling direct x or windows?

update your GPU driver. get the latest one.

the only thing is the driver..
install the driver from the manufacturer website..
faced the same problem with my HIS ATI BRAND CARD. when i was installing amd drivers from amd site, every game was messy but when i installed the drivers from his digital website, believe me it fixed each and every issue caused by wrong driver.. so..driver is the only issue...

Done Done and gnius idea not done i will give it the try but i have just noticed a thing when i'm playing a game my GPU load is 99% to 100% is this a ok thing or is there any problem.........?

check ur hard drive .. it maybe dying !! don't bother if it is brand new .. it can die any day it like !! .. try to replace it with another one and check ..

Viral issues, 90% guaranteed.

Are you absolutely sure that your computer is free from viruses? Cuz stuttering like that happens when viruses are found in your computer.

Else, find out how much dust is in your computer, on your GPU heatsink and processor heatsink.

The hard drive is almost new still in warranty so if some thing happen to my hard drive i will send is to WD or just the dealer who i have purchased it from.......!

yaar my system is viral clear no dust in GPU heatsink or in other parts of my computer i think it's a bad card cause the temp of my card go around 70 some time one of my friend head a same thin like this with his xfx 4870 and in 2.5 months his card died on him.......!
Do any of u people think that the over heat is the problem with my GPU cause 62.C is the avg temp of my card and some time goes around 70.C to 72.C......!?

i just want to know that what is the normal temperature for xfx AMD hd 6790 while doing nothing just net surfing cause my temperature at that time is 52.C........!

well it was in my room's wiring there was a voltage lag in my room soo sorry every 1 but thx any ways allot.....>~!
