Need Help in Buying PSU

Salam Everyone,
Need urgent help in deciding either to buy this PSU or not,
Guys i had a trade deal done with member of pakgamers (AK74u)
i was going to trade my CPU E5400 FOR COOLER MASTER 500 WATT PSU + CASH
But for some reason that PSU is no longer available and he offering me, HIPER HPU-4M530-PS now,
I aM planning on running GTX260 or a bigger cald like ATI HD 4890,
Will this PSU be good enough?
Are Hiper PSU reliable?

yeah i have used hipper with 8800ultra , gtx 260 , 9800gtx+ ... here is proof .. its best ,.. its hipper type R 480 watt

if u wanna run 4890...u better go for minimum antec 500...or better get xigmatek 600watt
