Need advice.. please help me guyz... :/

Aslam alekum....
i am very new here .. i was told to post here my problem and would get some serious suggestions about my question..
so the question is this ..
I have a ci3 @3.3ghz with 2gb kingston ram,500gb hdd,collermaster 500watt power supply,motherboard is DH61ww,graphics card is Nvidia 550ti (inno 3d),and a nice gaming casing
I am now suffering from some problems when i start my pc it hangs at "Starting windows" so i removed my gpu nd then started it so it did the same but for a while than it was restarted automatically, and then after displaying my motherboard's logo (intel) it just said that ..
"No boot-able device detected
contact at manual guide at intel.com/motherboards/desktop ... " (something like this i don't remember each word of-course ..?)
so i was thinking can this be repaired ?? (warranty is over)
and even i was suggested to buy a new mobo and somone suggested me "Asus p8h61m-le
please suggest me what to do now.. ?
repair this one ? buy a new one ? (the max i could afford for a mobo is 8-9k) if buy new so also mention a good mobo as well

No boot-able device means your HDD is not giving the signals. Unplug and re-plug it in a different SATA port on the motherboard and see if it works

unplug the sata and power cable and reconnect then go to bios and select 1st boot device HDD

Change the SATA data cable and use it on any other SATA connector on the motherboard.
Also go into BIOS and see if your HDD is even detected or not.

Asalaam walikum. I think you're windows is corrupted or there is a fault with the Sata cable/port or HDD. Kindly change sata port and cable and try to run you're pc again, if the problem remain then you need to install window.

OkaY.. I got that, I have nearly the same specs as yours. There is no quick danger in this. You just have to check few things.
When your computer is starting up, before windows animation.. press F2 key for BIOS.
Go to the option relating to boot and then check the order of devices set for booting.
If hard drive is not listed first then change the order and get the hard drive on the first place.
Now save and exit from bios. The pc will start again.. if the problem persists then there is some issue with hard drive or you can try other method of booting with safe-mode. If still this is not solution then you hdd is corrupted but there is still a way to get data back from it
