If it fits your budget, take a look at Samsung Galaxy S.. Better than both.

the one I checked is SLCD without memory card and box but original hands free and charger. guy is asking 25000. is it good?

The ones Homeshopping has are AMOLED ones I think.

Well, get into a totally dark room, put a black image on the screen. AMOLED will give you PURE black... i.e. you pretty much won't be able to tell the difference between the phone's border (if its black) and the screen.

Once you get used to it, you can spot the difference easily.
