NBA-To wait for 960 or get a 760 ?

Hey guys
I'm looking for a new GPU since my 7850 decided to die on me and I'm planning on going for a Nvidia card this time.

My max budget is 30k and the only card that seems to fit this range is the 760 2gb but its a 1.5 year old card.Considering the 960 has been released, should I wait for that instead ? But I assume it would be coming to Pakistan at a pretty hefty "munafa khor" price so I'll have to wait for a pretty long while.

Also for the 760, should I go for ASUS or Gigabyte ? I don't care much about the clock difference between the two brands but more about the reliability, warranty and support. (If the 2gb variant is available in any other brands especially EVGA, please let me know)

Go for R9 280x. It's available very cheap these days, and performs equal to 960. Get a used one in warranty OR a new one from PG marketplace (you can find a Alot of 280s on PG marketplace in cheap price).
It'll take approx. 2 months for 960's price to get stable here. My guess is that initial price would be near 32k here.

960 2GB 128bit, doesn't seems too good to me. 280x available @ 20K range whch better in performance and at cheap rate. among 960/760/670/280x. i would recommed 280x due to better vRAM and memory bandwidth.

I'm actually a bit reluctant to go for an ATI card as I personally play a lot of Skyrim and my 7850 was miserable at handling ENB and AO, even my GTS 450 used to perform better.Nonetheless I'll check it out, thanks!

Sorry dear, i dont think its available new @ around 30K, i think its current market price is around 35000 PKR. may be you try for used 280x which can easily be found on PG at around 20-22K. if you're not willing to buy or not satisfied from AMD, then you better opt for NVIDIA only, it might suit you better. probably 760 would be an ideal choice if 20-22K but 2GB is something not attractive against 3GB 280x

I went from 580 to 660
660 couldnt handle the AA like 580 did
