I am from Islamabad. I am using Nayatel since 2011. I had consulted Nayatel support several times. Most of the time their support was helpful. Few deep issue were not fixed though but atleast their support team was very helpful and corporative.
I never had issue related to internet speed though. The issue with upload can be due to your end device or the wifi router configurations. Have you tried changing your browser or cache, if not your end device? Most of the times if an issue is constant, it could also at your end, cuz rest of the customers are also using same setup and connections.
I have 8 Mbps internet.
