My new lcd & TV CHANELLS

Hello,

After a long wait today was the day when I bought my 1st LCD for my computer before it I was using SAMSUNG 14'' CRT MONITOR.
Today I bought VIEW SONIC 19'' LCD:-

Everything is OK when I am using it with my PC, picture is excellent and everything is perfect. :)

THE PROBLEM:
I have a old external TV TUNER , for last 4years I hooked up this with my CRT Monitor and all was OK, all channels were coming and there quality and colors were all perfect, but today when I hooked TV TUNER with my LCD the colors were too bad and most annoying thing is that on some channels (my favorite one's) screen was black though there is still audio coming.:mad:

In home the TV cable splits to two rooms one for my home TV and other for my Computer LCD by simple splitter.

I want to ask that how can I overcome this problem, should I change TV TUNER though it was working perfect with CRT monitor, I also attached an old TV SIGNAL AMPLIFIER but no luck.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ???, please don't mention any expensive/odd equipment.

Dude you need to get a tv tuner which supports your LCD resolution or is designed for LCD's. Dany has a wide range of LCD tv tuners starting from 2200PKR - 2700PKR.

^^ ur current tv tuner doesnt support the lcdz resolution .. try lowering the resolution of the lcd .. might help

there is now specific option in kd to lower it's resolution while watching a TV CHANNEL...

Are you sure that the only thing is to buy a new TV TUNER ??? (mention a good/ not too expensive tv tuner)

depends on what you can spend ... you can get cheap Gadmei/ Chinese non-warranty stuff for as low as 1.5k, but I'll suggest that you buy Dany LCD tv tuner with 1 year warranty, it will cost you around 2.2K

as i sadi try lowering the resolution of ur lcd monitor from windows and see if the problem persists

Look Go to the MArket & Grab a TV tuner for Widescreen Monitors...I have used Gadmei for like 1.2k & DANY for 2k..Both are the Same!!! & work Great!!!

ur best bet would be to go to the place u got ur monitor, n tell em to show u a few tv tuners that would run on it n check it in the store with the same monitor model... i'm pretty sure almost all shops will have cable.... :)

Boom !

I used my INTERNAL TV TUNER though it is of low quality and old but all of channels came in right color and the best thing is that on those channel on which I was getting BLACK SCREEN those channel also come ....

1. So, now should I buy a new TV TUNER (external) ?
2. Is this TV TUNER OK ? (I am getting it for 2400rs @ 10month warranty)

The new problem....

I bought DANY LCD TV TUNER:

It worked fine but after sometime 20,30minutes the reception goes very bad and SNOWING comes to TV Channels, this is again very very frustrating for me...
Anyway to overcome this problem I TURNOFF my TV TUNER for 2,3 second and then turn it on the picture / channel come again in excellent quality but after some time SNOWING comes again...

I have checked ,replaced all connections, even I have also put a TV SIGNAL AMPLIFIER but problem still persists....

1.What should I do ???
2.Should I go and CLAIM WARRANTY that the TV TUNER is malfunctioning ???

Please Help.........................!!!

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
