PC to PC calls would be free. Many people use Skype for its low rates for PC to Phone calls.

it depends on how they introduce skype i.e. integrate into WLM, separately...only time will tell

Skype certainly has somethings of value , the telephony infrastructure would make a valuable addition to the messenger/lync platform , it could also tie in exhchange 2010 which offers voice mail integration , and above all skype carries 12 % of all international phone traffic and about 95 % of all VOIP traffic and thats what MS has in sight . With skype on windows smartphones , MS and Nokia would have a total package with which to face down Apple's Facetime video telephony .

Lol no you're going a bit off. They can't just remove skype from Sony, Apple or Google products. I mean, Apple stuff like Quicktime and other apps do work on Windows. I just think the main change will be that they integrate it into their own products.
