So finally got around playing Mission 31, and got an A in the first attempt. Hah it was that much of a joke, keep shooting rockets and that was all it had to offer. The codec, ah so useless ...Dr Fucking Emmerich had nothing to say other than two lines "keep away from the flamethrower" & "Watch his movements" wow so helpful.
So wasn't much of a satisfying mission, as it was supposed to be the climax hence the credits.
Why are we getting harder missions now? I see no point in that. Although it fun to play but I need some story to go along with it...growing the base seems to be the only answer here.

Yaar these base developments drifts me from continuing the story why this development needs 3h to complete
Do side ops..after about every 4-5 side ops, you unlock a new story mission of chapter 2. I only replayed the Cloaked in Silence and Metallic Archae missions on extreme..and then moved to side ops to unlock new story missions.

Check if there are some missions missing from the list , messed up order or something because the story fully ends at mission 46. Its possible to miss out on mission 45 since that requires a lot of side ops completion ( side op#150 or something leads to mission 45)

Haven't been playing this game much after the holidays, played it a bit yesterday. The whole fuss about extreme/full stealth mission is a null, those are optional ones. The main story missions keep popping up. I guess you don't need to even attempt those missions towards the completion of the game.
I really like the open ended nature this game offers, but at the same point I miss the mission layout from previous mgs games. I wish this game had more missions like the prologue one, it would have made things much interesting not every mission had to be set in the open. The Code Talker mission had a bit of that as we moved inside the mansion.
Overall this game is enjoyable but there is a lot left to be desired. The story pacing is good but there is a fair number of cutscene which you have to trigger yourself, though it something new but it isn't convenient.

I just finished the prologue, no idea what the eff happened but loving it so far. It's my first MGS game so I'm in for hell of a ride for sure.
One question to anyone playing it on PC, when you're playing does it show you Xbox One controller suggestions in the game? I can't seem to find any setting to change that to keyboard or turn it off completely. I'm not talking about the button "E" when near D-Horse to mount him but things like instructions such as it tells me to use Analog Stick to move around and do stuff, I'll put in a screenshot here for your reference so any help on this will be highly appreciated.

P.S. This game is very very well optimized as I hoped, playing it all maxed out on 4K with 45-50fps being average constantly. I have yet to play in the open world to decide but there's no lag or jerk at all and that's without even G-Sync enabled on it. Looooooove it!

Well, that's just retarded. So it means I'm not really missing out on anything? Because I think sometimes it doesn't even tell me the keyboard mapping and only controller one which kinda sucks but maybe I was mistaken ... but I guess if it shows me both it's cool as the instruction will be there.
Sooooooo, I'm not the only one with this? You get that too and there's no way to disable that at all to keep it keyboard & mouse only?
