Meezan Bank charging unbelievable USD rate?

Just purchased something online and Meezan Bank charged me whooping 146 rs per dollar. Can anyone confirm this?

Debit Cards do charge a lot more for Dollar in my experience than Credit Card, I don't know why. Charges mentioned by manigamer, usually banks will charge those separately but you can confirm from them if the charge is included in this rate or not.

mcb bank is much better in terms of debit cards transactions

BAH cards do not work online. Try Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd cards they are good.
