Who isnt expecting this game to be over rated ?

Same engine, same graphics, 6-7 hour campaign! If thats teh formula for a GOTY then god help us gamers!

I saw the recent launch trailer as well. Looks bloody epic. BTW if IGN gives it a 9.5 then it pretty much means it's their GOTY.

if modern warfare 2 gets 9.5 thats ok by me. its deserves it. but rating system is screwed up..not every game is perfect...every game thats releasing in the 7th generation gets 9 and 9.5 PFF... dont wanna say the game names :banned:

Huh, MW2 might even be more overrated than UC2 and ODST:p, Its the same COD4 with a few new features and new maps, and maybe a very exclusive TPS mode.I don't care what IGN says, Ac2 is gonna pwn MW@:8

Plot, settings, weaponry, story, characters, script - I'm sure these aspects have definitely evolved over the period. Here's to hoping that IW is gonna genuinely surprise us.

    So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios.     Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
