tools:
1. inch tape
2. black temporary soft marker

instruction:
1. measure the exact center of the screen.
2. mark center with marker
3. enjoy

yaar yeh kia bol diya aap nay... it was such a bogus advice... you can do that by just going ingame as the crosshair or the awp dot is the centre of the screen which you are trying to depict anyways... why measure all that stuff... hectic ya dig... also doing this will destroy your game... quickscoping is mad easy... you just have to practice it... game evolve karo rather than cheating...

as i already stated....Play the game as you like it...never try to go for other Cfg's and useless command....

commands are not useless.
the thing is cs is like ur personal computer.
u have to know your settings.
so that if u sit on sm1 elses computer u must know wat can be different from your own cs.
that way u always play on the same settings thus a very consistent result.
now the way to do it is make a cfg so u dont have to remember like a hundered commands to make everything the same as your DEFAULT settings.
u just execute ur cfg and voila 90 percent of your settings are done.

things that do not change by executing cfg are:
Resolution
out of game sensi
r_mmx
sv_minrate
sv_maxrate
sv_minupdaterate
sv_maxupdaterate
sys_ticrate
and some others which i dnt remember rite now.
