Have got a budget of around 85K. I'm not very experienced in these matters. Here is what I was thinking of getting:
INTEL CORE i5 2500K 3.30Ghz
DZ68DB
500 GB WD HD
Either a 560TI or 6950
4GB DDR3 Ram
600W PSU(dunno which company)
HAF 912 CM casing (maybe)

I am probably not going to overclock since i am not good at overclocking and stuff so..
Some quick questions, is the board good enough? The 560TI is very good supposedly but I can't seem to find where to buy it from except for iamextreme and its been out of stock there for some time. Should I just get 6950? Should I get a pc cooler if so which one?

don't even think about DZ68DB. expand your budget and purchase atleast a asus p67 motherboard. regarding hard drive if you have any hard drive then use it will hard drive prices come back to normal. gtx560TI will be better choice for you IMO.for rams get KVR1333mhz rams 2x2gb

This is what you should do:

- For the GPU, a GTX-560DF Calibre would be a good option. (If i were you I'd wait for it to come back in stock at IMX)
- Don't get any Intel's Z68 mobo, get MSi's Z68-GD65 (G3) or P67-G45 (which is a bit less expensive) from astron tech.
- As sunny mentioned, Xigmatek's 600W would be recommended.

The rest of everything is good of yours. For mild-overclocking of the CPU, CM Hyper 212+ is the best in its price.
For heavy overclocking, thermaltake Frio would be the only recommended one.

So if your not OC'ing than just get a normal cheap motherboard (Intel DH67BL) with i5 2500 non K, value DDR3 rams (the cheapest you can find) & save the money for a better GPU i.e GTX 570 or equivalent.
Let me list it down for you.

Processor: Intel i5 2500 ' non K '
Motherboard: Intel DH67BL
RAM: Cheapest DDR3 rams you can find
Powersupply: Xigmatek 600W
Graphics Card: GTX 560Ti DF or GTX 570 (when ever Iamextreme restocks) or if you can't wait than just get a 6950 1GB & get it over with.
HDD: Use your current HDD, since HDD's are super pricey atm because of worldwide shortage.
Casing: You have options to choose from Coolermaster, Xigmatek, Antec & thermal take but if I were you I would get Xigmatek Pantheon

You can get those items from Media Intl. except power supply, casing & graphics card, you can get em from IAMEXTREME.NET

These both are local ISD stores so just go to em and place your order.

p.s the mentioned things above will set you back for ~70k. Well below your budget so you have a choice to get a better GPU. Oh and GTX 560Ti DF will soon be restocked at IMX AFAIK & Xig. 600W PSU will also be in stock in a few days.

Get Corsair HX620W PSU if you can find.

This board is good enough if you dont want to overclock.
HD6950 is good replacement for this card.
Yes get a Cooler cuz this chip runs hot. Get Hyper 212+.

Xigmatek is a credible brand and that is what matters when buy a power supply.

OP. Get simple motherboard with basics like StrikerX has just mentioned and save up cash go for good GPU, no need to spend on those expensive motherboards if you're not into OC'ing and stuff like that.

A GTX 560 / HD 6870 is almost least in today's age so better get a GTX 570. All the best.

I really recommend getting i5 2500k and p67 motherboard
Overclocking nowadays is very very easy. Infact I have asus p8p67 , when i go in bios , with just 1 click my pc is overclocked to 4.4Ghz. You don't need to set voltages or anything , the board does it itself.

Also for the GPU , since you are spending this much , might as well wait 1 month. Amd is due to announce its new 7000series in this month. They are expected to be a bit more expensive , but the performance is supposedly worth it.

If OP is getting this PC purely for gaming than no need to get a K processor & overclock friendly motherboard since a quad core is MORE THAN ENOUGH for today's games.

Future-Proof mate , since its not that expensive , plus OP has the budget.
Plus the overclocking helps when the game/program only uses 1 core and then you are stuck with 3.7Ghz (with turbo).I am currently on stock HSF 4.4Ghz overclock and with vcore 1.21 and during gaming or running single threaded apps , my temperature never goes in 70s.

I think I'll go with the low end DH67BL motherboard. I'll wait for the card(560 ti) to become available and get the rest of the stuff and use my 9800GT for now. Thanks for the input guys

Sandy Bridge CPUs are extremely fast even at stock speed, like never before!

I bet you can run GTX 580 in SLI on an i5-2300 without any sort of bottleneck whatsoever.. Mind you, we OC when there's any need to.
