Ohh I played it but Mani I have to say that you are one hell of a strong man...you endured torture when you ended that game !!Kudos man :lol:im pretty sure the guys complaining about bayonetta here, DIDN'T EVEN PLAY IT let alone ENDED it did they
It takes a person only 15 minutes to judge a game....Why waste my time on a game which I know I will never like...that answers everythingOnly played the demo of Bayonetta, didn't like it. I think Kratos is terrible character. DMC has a story it's not good or bad. Calling a game crap after playing it for only 15 minutes is rather childish.
Thread rated I for Immature
I wonder how reviews would be if that was the case, but I understand what you mean.It takes a person only 15 minutes to judge a game....Why waste my time on a game which I know I will never like...that answers everything
No it does not, stop being ignorant. It takes a person only 15 minutes to judge a game
Ok let me make it simpleNo it does not, stop being ignorant.
Ok let me make it simple
I turned the game on
This woman came dressed like a nun
Then all of a sudden demons started to appear and she took off all her clothes and then some type of clothing magically appeared on her body.
Then she started killing all the demons one by one in a manner which wanted to show that she was a bad-ass demon hunter but actually she was not.
Whenever she talked it was annoying.
This is just my opinion and my way to judge a game, people have different tastes.
So in those 15 minutes I judged some things:
1: Game-play is okish.
2: I cannot bear the sound of her voice
3: She is practically wearing nothing (now I know why most guys love this game)
4: When the starting of a game is like this then you cannot expect the story-line to be rock solid and interesting.
5: The graphics were good but thats not all that I care about.
6: A female protagonist who is a wannabe demon hunter does not appeal to me (Yes I am a sexist when it comes to games! Men make the best protagonists IMO )
So in fifteen minutes this was my perception of Bayonetta. Its just my way of judging games . Its just like an article, a feature or a column in a newspaper. If you don't start it well then it is bound to make reader run away. Same was the case with this game.
Bhai Jaan I am not being Ignorant. Im just telling you how I felt about the game and why I judged it in 15 minutes. I knew I wouldn't like it so I didn't play it. But if you still insist that 15 minutes are not enough, then just tell me this , what if I play the whole game till the very end and still hate it as much as I hate it right now.
Wouldn't I be wasting my time on a game that I knew I wouldn't like whereas I could have used my time to play a better game? That is why I use the 15 minute rule. Of course some games take more than 15 minutes ,games like Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted 1,2,3 or Fallout 1,2,3 and New Vegas and the list goes on
The hell do you mean? She was not? :sThen she started killing all the demons one by one in a manner which wanted to show that she was a bad-ass demon hunter but actually she was not.
Im seeing that you love bayonetta solely cuz the protagonist was a woman nothing else.....ohh yeah about the Halo part...yeah I think your right...I had my mind made up but after those first 15 minutes....I bought bayonetta thinking that this game has many good reviews it must be fun...but it wasnt fun for me and I was wrongThe game had a good opening. I don't know what you are talking about O.O
And by reading your post it seems you ONLY had a problem with the protagonist. And you were constantly comparing it to DMC's main guys. Your mind was already made up. Its like how PC gamers, PSfans treat Halo.

Its like saying they try to show Kratos to have no emotions and all badass but he was not. Or saying Max Payne was shown as a cop who endured a lot of shit but he did not. Or saying that they showed as if Commander Shepard had the weight of the galaxy on his shoulders but he did not. pffft
Dude, no offense to you as well, but you are very very stupid to think that the games I bash in detail have never been played by me. It is just your ignorant assumption and general fanboyish trend following on PG. Nothing else. If you think I need yours or anyone else's certificate of approval citing that 'we have ascertained that sshah has played this game, and thus is allowed to bash it' then I couldn't care less about you, or anyone else.@sshah: No offense here dude but i don't even wanna argue here with you. You haven't even played 99% of the games which you comment on. You just like to bash games for the hell of it. So again no offense but your opinion doesn't matter here and simply being ignorant of most games and judging opinion based on reviews and videos is total BS.
I used to hate AC series based on the first game. I started AC 2 and i realized how wrong i was.
I wasn't defending the game. People started comparing Bayonetta to this game and Bayonetta doesn't deserve it. Then everyone jump on the let's hate Bayonetta bandwagon. I am no Bayonetta fan but i do call myself a fan of Platium games and they have always delivered solid titles which i loved. Why are you defending that game A lot??? just a question
ok that explains all of it...I wasn't defending the game. People started comparing Bayonetta to this game and Bayonetta doesn't deserve it. Then everyone jump on the let's hate Bayonetta bandwagon. Steam is a true global platform. Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
