I love playing on zia servers but ever since I got PTCL 1MB connection my ping is always above 150 on zia server but on ptcl servers below to 50. One day my ping went below 100 on zia server but then again goes up. Someone please tell me how to lower my ping on zia servers. There are many PTCL players on zia servers but their pings are below 100.

Any help would be much appreciated!

It's because now your host is pretty away from Karachi (where Zia's server is located).
Go to: http://speedtest.net

Test your speed more importantly ISP, location AND distance.
Then post results here, screenshot as well, if possible.

which patch ptcl is using? i am on v35 and can play on most of servers but not on ptcl.

yar just upload the serverlist file, and you can copy that into your cs folder, and you can have all servers. instead of manually adding 1 by 1.

just someone upload updated "ServerBrowser.vdf" file from the "\Valve\platform\config" directory.

I was just about to do that, but don't even have the game atm. PC is disassembled.

Bro why do you want to play on the now shitty worldcall servers? They've changed the amx encoding entirely resulting in shit high pings. They've resorted to removing sxe to get players, or rather hackers. Wait for a little while and play on the upcoming PG Server.

O bhai tu LAN per nai khel raha. I get 35 on LAN :O How the hell is 50 high?!

BTW, even 200 is okay as long as your game doesnt lag. I play on EU and US servers without a sweat on 400 + pings and 60(capped) fps.
