Customs won't rip you off on the devices you carry. That's how all the "khaipiyas" do it. A friend of mine recently bought a couple of devices to sell in his luggage and he didn't have to pay a penny to the customs.

well for the people who do bring sets,there is a limit on full box which is one or two
for more sets,u can carry just sets n there's limit on that as well

Tesco has a couple of killer Pay As You Go offers - the 8GB for £100 and the 16GB for £130 (note that both prices are without the top up), but unfortunately neither deal is available at the moment. Still, it's worth keeping an eye on.
