I have almost the same rig except I have rx 470 & no ssd. I believe this setup is not future proof as next gen consoles have a much more powerful gpu. Maybe you could switch out your gpu for a 1070 then you may have a chance. For now it will serve you well.

This depends on your choices on which you want to play games. You can easily play games on normal resolutions on this PC but for playing games on higher resolutions and settings, believe me nothing is future proof and you can't get a future proof pc in 40k.
regarding this pc, XEON processors are not recommended for gaming. if you can buy yourself a i7 even 3rd gen, it would be better choice and will be more future proof and good for your use.
in 40k you can easily get yourself a i7-3770, mobo, 8gb ram, 500gb hdd, gtx 1050Ti or gtx 1060 if you arrange little bit more money.

1050 ti is an absolute waste of money. It's more expensive than the RX 570 and performs worse.

Get an i5 3570 instead and pair it with the RX 570. i7 isn't needed for a budget gaming build since most modern titles don't even utilize the additional cores. It'd be a different story if you were into rendering and stuff like that.

Apart from the processor swap, the build is fine and so is the price.

As for future proofing, you'll need to upgrade down the line. You'll be able to run all of your games on mid-high-ultra for the time being with no issues, though.

You're definitely getting a cheap PSU in this budget so I'd advise you to switch it out for a good one as soon as you get the money. People cheap out on PSUs and regret it later when they fail and their components get fried.

Resolution of your LCD is a very important factor while choosing a GPU
mid or low-mid range GPUs handle 1080p gaming easily, you can disable some settings like AA/AF/post processing etc.. if you are on tight budget

the system you mentioned in 1st post is good for 1080p gaming , you may consider 1060 6gb instead of 570 if affordable

He most likely has a 1080p display since he's going for a budget build. 1060 would cost you around 25k on its own. 570 tends to go for around the 17k mark. If you're on a tight budget, 570 is your best option. 1080p gaming would be a breeze.
