Anyone knows a good Internet Download managers for MAC? I'm using Jdownloader but it's giving me a very low download speed.

There are several options available in the market for Download Management. Two the best are "Speed Download" & "Folx". I personally use Folx not only its more flexible than Speed Download but also it has the ability to download torrents. So I would recommend Folx.
If you use firefox you can install a plugin named 'DownloadThemAll' its pretty simple and neat.
