Connection not feasible
i mostly contact Akbar, sometimes Abubakar (DSL incharage) and if things go really bad then Shiraz sahab (buisness manager bahria exchange). Helpline is useless and takes ages
Hi, I'd really appreciate if you or any one else can help me in some way. I ordered a ptcl triple play connection back in may of 2017 and till to this day I haven't got the connection. The reason is that the connection is not feasible for my house according to the people at the exchange including abu bakar and the line man abid gill. I live in cc block by the way. Now the thing is that most of the houses have the ptcl connection and a few I know for a fact got the connection after my requests were rejected multiple times for the non feasibility reason.
It has been almost 2 years. I tried ordering online so that the exchange may be forced to provide the service but to no effect. I have been been visiting the exchange myself for about 2 years and their response is still the same. The line man only visited the first time back in 2017 and after that, every time place an order no line man pays the visit and I receive the email of apology from ptcl.
I have filed the complaints on 1218 against the exchange that they don't do any thing to make service available and that too has been a disappointment.
I have been forced to use the wireless broadbands like zong and others but that is way too expansive for family use.
So I guess after my rant you people can imagine my frustration now. If any one can help me out or suggest what to do or had similar experience please do let me know I would deeply appreciate it.
