don't activate vdsl , ii can't play fifa 19 online unplayable lag . this vdsl2 is shit , too much disconnection from game servers due to very high ping . i am using 10 mb vdsl 2 ptcl connection , facing very high ping specially in fifa 19 , game dc in match . when i was on 4mb i was getting better ping on dsl modem . vdsl 2 is bad . i am regretting now . we all should give application to malik riaz . if you want to download or upload some thing then do upgrade but its certainly not for online gaming
If you are after a stable connection, make sure you have new cables, new splitters and put the modem as close to the phone outlet as possible.
A new modem, or with updated firmware and you won't recognize your connection.
Cables and splitters have to renewed every 2 years better earlier.

i am using brand new vdsl modem . i am using 2 pair lead cabel which can support 100 mb not ptcl curled copper wire . i have tried with brand new spliter and without spliter . spliter is for if you are using telephone set . i am not using telephone .speed is fine upload and download line parameters are also perfect except ping with Europe in fifa 19
Line is much stable SNR bumped from 6.5 to 25.0. Line is crystal Clear. VDSL still not installed been 5 days since the order.
my IP link is changed after the upgrade. Now connected to 182 pool (previously it was 39.53.xxx.xxx or 39.45 ) so pings are much better on this pool
My port is also downgraded to 8mb wtf is going on ? block:Hussain Block. fiber MSAG is already activated.

in my case i called the DSL guy and he did it in a few hours. otherwise they will do it eventually
lol your line can easily handle 50mb xDgot VDSL too earlier today. Pings are same as they were on ADSL2+. twitch stream are better now can finally watch source quality

EDIT: i ran a few tracerts couple days ago, there was too much congestion at Exchange gateway between 4pm-1am
what can we do on it ? i am facing this issue from past 2 weeks after exact 6pm my speed drops to 1.5mbps. or 2.0mbps max max and upload remain same like youyes i was facing slow speeds during that time but today is something special. even my friends in other parts of lahore are facing slow speeds and Packet Loss.

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
