I think you shouldv've waited for the Corsair DDR4 2800, CPU is perfect only in case you don't want to Add a third graphics card which wouldn't be supported cuz the CPU have only 28 PCIe lanes , And you are using m.2 and 2x SLI as well. All other peripherals good choices :)

Awesome build! Love the clean setup. I am in the same boat as you with a 5820K processor. However I was unable to find a decent mainboard. So I imported the MSI X99 SLI Plus. I will using a single 780ti with it. Do let me know how the Deluxe is performing. I might upgrade to it but I read very negative reviews about it.

Monster rig, I'm considering upgrading from 4790k to 5820k. Any thoughts on your experience on it so far at this point?
I went that route, 4790k's single core performance still leads, until you OC the 5820K to match the 4.4Ghz boost clock. And then you let go of the iGPU. For me, it wasn't worth it.

Yeah, won't get any improvement in gaming but it will help me with other stuff such as virtualization in VM and all.

If you want more threaded tasks, you may wanna go the Xeon route, basically the cut-down variant of the 5960x at close to half the price.
