Hey can anyone help me out please.. I wanted to reduce the action on my guitar
this is the kinda bridge I have
now I tried loosening those nuts in front of each string ( cant tighten them anymore ) but it really doesnt make any real difference to the action .. I also tried moving the other nuts at the back of the string but that only changes its angle slightly and the two small black nuts on the sides of each string well i read you use them to make slight adjustments and you use the other bigger nuts to make the bigger adjustments so...
now the action on my guitar is like high just yesterday I was playing on my friends guitar and his was really low and it made it a hell lot easier to play ... so I wanted to reduce mine too ... in comparison to his its a lot higher
so since loosening or tightening the nut in front of each string doesnt really make a difference so what do I do ? Should i move that single nut before the start of the fretboard that is used to I dont know somewhat move the fretboard up and down??
Thanks,
