How do you define morality? Have we forgotten what it is?

Looking at the conditions of Pakistan, there doesn't seem to be much hope unless the power is taken back by the ordinary people to set up a civilized society and realizing that we all really want the same things, If only we'd join together in the efforts to achieve them. Its not as impossible as it seems guys. we just need the necessary motivation and clear minds.
In my opinion morality is the combined effort of social animals such as ourselves to maximize our species well being by creating a system of not attacking or targeting other members of the same specie or one's of others that can benefit us without the need for violence.. gaining a huge evolutionary advantage over other species that threaten us and ensuring our survival by reaping the fruits of combined work providing shelter, food and a practical and functional society for all...

I see Moral values as something not possible to teach in schools, universities etc.

True example of this Morality issue is driving experience. When you are driving on Pakistani roads, every single person will do such idiotic moves that you will stop and think if he is doing it on purpose, but no, he does this as being true Pakistani.

"Pakistan hai, sab Chalta hai", THIS is the true image of our nation.

Break a signal, Pakistan hai. Do a wrong turn, Pakistan hai. Skip the queue line on ticket counter, Pakistan hai. Totally forget manners in front of elders, Who cares Pakistan hai.

Thousands of doctors graduating, non in hospitals. Thousands of Engineers, non able to give the world an original invention. Thousands of top IT professionals, non able to apply a good filter for youtube.

The point is, Nation is not honest to country, everyone is in a race against titles, I am a doctor, Really, I am an Engineer, Oh good, lets think everyone else is not a human and lesser species. You got a Land Cruiser, Great. Now the road is yours, Do whatever you want. You got a good position in government, great, now you got right to do whatever you want.

Another Eg., When someone does something wrong, and you DONOT argue with him back (Because of morality) , and in return, the guy says "Dekho darr gya" .
