How are these speeds for a 4mb connection?

Btw, This is being provided by Prime 3G Internet service, Multan.
They are highly uncooperative and when I complain, they start to fight and keep telling me to complain to Govt., not them.


When I told the manager that "Axha ab (mai) ne Facebook pr aik video dekhni h...Us k liay bhi idm pe video chalao? Video to door ki baat iss waqt facebook bhi mushkil chal rhi h...kehte hain to ufone 3g pr live video call se dikha deta hn.." And his reply was: "Koi video nhi chalay gi abhi.itna load h. Ap aisa kro phir hamara khatam kr k ufone 3g use karo. Itni batain to nhi sunni paringi mujhy"

Now tell me what can I say to these arrogant people..?!
Is there any higher quality control or something where I can complain not only about the internet but also the customer service....? Or anyway to ask PTCL to extend their service to my colony (just a kilometer father from where their service extends now...)

I really don't think you need to continue using their services. I know I wouldn't, even if I didn't have any option. Insaan ki izzat bhi kuch hoti he.

I'd recommend you do what he said. Either get PTCL's EVO (or from some other WiMax operator like WiTribe, Qubee etc if you have them there) or you could use 3G services.

I'd recommend Telenor (if their 3G is available in your area.)

P.S. If you don't mind me asking, how much do you pay for your supposed 4Mbps connection?

I am paying 2k (For 30 days-Not a month) But I'd be willing to pay even 5k for a 4mb connection if its unlimited and the speed's aIctually 4mb. This internet makes me feel like I am in stone age or something....I paid 12.5k just for setup (This dosen't include the router as They used my old router ) !!!!! I saw someone selling Evo with unlimited 3 years package for 15k here on PG....I can find the person right now....i Still have to do a 3k Evo package every moth just for online gaming...

I am a heavy downloader (TV series, games, movies and stuff) ... 30-50gb can't cut it for me...Is there any wireless internet with a higher cap than that? Btw, wireless or not I am leaving this ISP... Have you seen the PING? Online gaming is practically impossible on that

anyways.. You will not get any unlimited package except for PTCL (300GB limit every month) thats it.. All the wireless operator will be giving you cap..

If you have telenor 3G then you can use the default package and use 50 Rupees and rest of the day is free for you...

Their ping should be gud for online gaming and it will be cheaper than what you are getting on so called 4Mbps ...You will be getting 1MBps download speed on Telenor 3G which is awesome !!!

Yes as far as I got reviews from ppl ,they are saying that its unlimited .. I have ZONG 4G (Employee special package ) which is unlimited and Warid 4G too which is free at the moment too

(Same excuse: They can do anything)
Btw, "woh" is referring to the people at whose home they have set the transmission tower and they hadn't set it on Ups for three months! (They still haven't , in the end I have to pay 5k for a high range Nano device for a connection to their main tower.

I am really angry right now. They have just set up the tower and now they plan to sleep and eat for the rest for their life , sucking money from fools..! That's why I wanted to complain to a higher level if possible...

As per Telenor3G Coverage Map... Wapda Town is not covered You can give it a try if that works because I dont trust their Coverage Map at all
