True. It seems every ISP works well in their own specific areas while runs abysmally in others. So it all depends on luck, you will have to find the ISP that works well in your area yourself. My friend has worldcall 2 MBps and he was satisfied with it for years, now however he frequently complains about crappy speeds and disconnections and when he talks to the worldcall guys, they give him an even crappier response " Sir it is because you have a shared connection ". So yeah.
As for LDN, it also requires a phone connection, if your phone frequently breaks down or has noise every now and then, then i suppose it wont work well for you either, else give it a try cuz another one of my friend is using it and is quite satisfied.
