Salam to all.... Guys i am facing a problem with my pc and i desperately need ur help.......
Here is the detail:
Pc's Booting time is very high (3-4 mins). When desktop appears it again took me approx 2 mins more before i can access to any of the task. Moreover the browsers (Mozilla/chrome) they are stucking repeatedly during browsing....
I was thinking that it might be a virus so i scan the data, install windows several times but all in vain... At last i formatted my hard last night, lost the whole data....:( but after installing the window 7, I was shocked as the problem was still there.....:(
All the temps are normal, as here in my home town it is -5'C outside with snow fall.....
Here is the Pc specs:
Core i5-2400 (temp remains in 20's)
Gigabyte H77ds3h
Corsiar Xms3 2*2gb kit (dual channel config on slot 1 and 3)
WD 2tb sata 6gb/s installed on sata 6gb/s port (with OK status on hd tune)
Antec 1200 Case with great air flow
GX 750w
Any help will be highly appreciated....

Perhaps no one can give you an immediate solution but you will have to check relevant hardware one by one to identify the culprit. I can suggest following steps :

1. Check health of your HDD using HD Tune software
2. Try an other HDD of low capacity for operating system.
3. Replace your data cable and data port
4. Swap your Ram sticks. Use one stick to see any difference.
5. Remove the GPU and run the system on integrated VGA.
6. And finally check your system with a different PSU.

I was gonna suggest what KDKhan suggested. I have had my share of faulty HDD when I am working as IT tech.

Scan your hard drive with HDtune utility to check it is working as it should be or not. Second scan your system with antivirus and antimalware thats might also be the caused.

@ cerebrus i have used both win 7 and 8, but it didn't make any difference.... Moreover i have done every thing that kd khan has told me except his option no. 2..... Still Nothing good...... :(
One thing i have noticed that when i swap the slots and hd port, then booting time decreased considerably..... Then i left for gym, but after an hour as i returned. PC repeated the same behavior.....:fp1:

Bro, try disabling every software at startup and see the booting time. I might look like a noob by saying this but have you put you os hdd in first priority.
Assuming the most time is between windows loading screen then try getting an antivirus (nod 32 is best for me) and run it safe mode and try rebooting again. Disconnect ever other drive except hdd and check booting time.
Very Important: connection chack karo aur hdd change kar ke dekho + Shaez bhai ka suggestion. A similar problem was solved once by disasembling everthing in my system using a blower to clean it and reassembling it again.

It is NOT virus or OS issue. Here is step by step guide.
Update ur bios.
Of that doesn't work then It's definitely a faulty hdd, sata cable or RAM.
U can borrow a hdd from ur friend and replace it if it works then buy a new hdd.
If it doesn't help then try removing each ram stick if problem is solved by removing on stick that one was faulty
If it doesn't work then buy new cables for ur hdd.
I can guarantee it will solve the problem.
