[HELP] HTC Desire S - How to install CM7?

have you tried visiting the Desire S section on xda-developers and following the guide there ? If you cant understand those then rooting is not for you.

It is better that you avoid rooting your phone if you can't come to grips with it, it'll be a hassle in the long run and btw why CM7. Desire S is already on 2.3.5 with sense 3.0, why go for CM7, why not 9?
