Guys I need headphones. Preferably circumaural that are comfortable and dont look like crap. Within 5000-10000. Im looking at Skullcandy Hesh 2.0, Audio Technica ATH/M35 and Sennheiser HD 205II. Or any other Sennheiser model. I'm sure about them. Also the Audio Technica XS7. Since they're behind the neck and can be easily used in public. Unlike the others. Except maybe skullcandy can be used but I'd still prefer the XS7 for lets say, on a flight over the Hesh 2.0
What do you guys suggest. And is vmart.pk and a reliable place to order these from? If not can I buy them from somewhere in Lahore?

So in my hunt for comfy ear-pads, I did a little experiment. I got Sony MDR-XB700 ear-pads and put them on my most celebrated custom pair and vala! Sounds AWESOME. Most of the review I read about the XB500/700/1000 etc. say that they miss out on mids sometimes.

Well for me, I've got a nice U, semi-U curve with excellent Mids, Lows and Highs... if you have a pair that fits the size, I say go for it. Comfy as a kitty, Bassy as a bomb!

I've got a pair of Bose Triports but i can't use them since the ear pads are all messed up... any idea where I could get the replaced in Lahore?

Well to be honest, in Pakistan or even here in the UAE, it's quite difficult to get extra pads. Some options may exist, like I can look around and get some BeyerDynamic pads etc., but it's like 2000 to 3000 in rupees, and I hate velour. Even major music stores here (like Yamaha, Virgin etc.) dont have extra pads sold separately. One solution I'd find was to get some cheaper headphones and use their pads. The eventual solution was to order only pads from somewhere, so I ordered my pads from eBay. Matter of fact, I've ordered dozens of items from eBay (PayPal and eBay are a God-damn blessing we're deprived of in Pakistan). So there. Either try to find them in PK or buy a cheap headset I guess...

fiiO e6. 3000 rupees. e7 or e07k (new version) is better but more cash (7k - 12k), but more options, more loud, and I think it's the best bang for the buck anyhow. Try the SteelSeries USB soundcard that's going around here for 200 to 600, 700 rupees. If ur phone supports usb-on-the-go, this is the best route. No charging hassle, no mobility hassle. Plug and play (get an OTG cable). And it gets pretty loud (without distortion). Tried and tested. Though for better amps and options, go fiiO.
