I usually eat homemade curries for lunch and dinner, I just eat more meat with less ghee/gravy, such as if I was eating qorma then I would take more serving of chicken with very little gravy. I also snack between meals with chicken and egg sandwiches, chicken breasts, fish fillets, milk(reduced fat) and sometimes chicken tikkas. For breakfast I eat fried eggs(1 with yolk and 2 without yolks) and bread. I also used to drink a protein shake after my workout until last month. I'm not really a fan of protein shakes though.How do you get 150g from your diet? Can you tell me the sources of protein that you use or that are easily available here?
Now when measuring your protein intake you can never be 100% accurate, but you can download the 'myfitnesspal' app on your phone or google nutrition facts for different foods and also remember to maintain your macros for an overall healthy diet.
