i have seen guys at gym who are just bulked,i want to know that exercises should we do at gym to get lean muscle like athletes usain bolt or other sprinters/footballers who have muscle too and they are fast too? what should be our plan to achieve that body? main goal is better running with muscular body....thanks,currently i am doing cardio and other body weight exercises but no muscles are showing up,even body is soft,so what you gym sharks suggest? joining gym is necessary? thanks....
