you have repeatedly answered your own question, provided good alternatives and used curse language along with duplicate replies. I am not sure what outcome do you expect from this thread.

Intel has been better for gaming than AMD (not talking bang for buck) for a few years, since we dont have any major group which publishes benchmarks or compares cpus gpus apus available in local market we rely on others to set the trend. Since almost 95% of reviewers would go for an intel and nvidia based gaming computer in their videos on youtube or other forums, we would do the same, reason is when spending this much amount on a gaming PC no one wants to gamble rooting for the underdog, we play safe.

Now sellers would only sell the items which they can get rid of easily, maybe you me and a few others would want an AMD system but a vast majority would still go for intel/nvidia. Seller is not gonna freeze their money by investing in a product they know the majority wont buy.

I dont know what you consider a high tier gaming PC but spending 2 Lac should be enough to get you a high tier gaming system which would include the i7 Kabylake unlocked, a z270 mobo, 16 gigs of ram and a gtx 1080 (prices of skylake and z170 boards should fall a little but they would perform equally well), that system should play almost any game at 1440p on high/ultra setting with very playable FPS.

looking at price it's hard to say that even 2 lakh would not be enough to build high end tier pc.. considering the fact that it is hell to even build a lowest end pc excluding discrete GPU spending at least 30k :'( 1. Our Currency is 1$ = 104rs then 2. our import duty percentage is x3 times which makes even cheap products expensive AF in our Country.. in Pakistan we can't invent a shit, making just weapons is not something to be very much proud of and besides our only export is mostly vegetables and fruits.. and even we are not meeting their quality standards so consider what are we giving to our own peoples... We are completely f**ked up thanks to our Jazbati, Junoni peoples and Corrupt Government... I am very pessimistic about situation of Pakistan :/

Seems like some people in Pakistan have too much money to burn... i made i5-2320 with 550 ti and it costed me like upto 70k and that pc aged so horribly not only card just lived for 1 year but also CPU was weak enough to play only games from 2003 with it's integrated GPU.. Performance just after 1 or 2 years wasn't satisfying.. and it broke my heart how you build such expensive system and it only lasts for not more than 2 years.. :'( .. only thing that lasts long is processor and doesn't die but it's useless when weaker IPC and gimping by Intel themselves is there :/

Granted i didnt include hard drive and peripherals or a case in the build but i took a quick look at czone (i think) and the i7 unlocked was for a little under 40k a gtx 1080 for 86000 ram for 16 to 20 thousand depending which one you get, and a z170 board for around 40k though there were cheaper options which were sufficient. i think that bring the total to less than 200K.

Playing games on the G4400 apu, even on lowest setting on GTA V it stutters with an average fps of around 22. it would be wiser to get a latest gen console so atleast you can enjoy the games. ofcourse no pirated games but on ps4 you can exchange games.

Hello!

Sorry tl;dr but it seems like the posts revolve around gaming on the cheap and amd in pakistan:
- current process nodes for gpus allow good performance at and under 75 watts ... which the pcie 2.0 slot can easily deliver ... allowing 'conversion' of a cheap OEM PC with its usually 'limited' power supply into a gaming pc albeit at lower resolutions ... and one can find these PCs in terms of 'lot ka mall' realtively very cheaply here though I would prefer to use a brand new hdd and runa thorough memtest on the ram ... also there are plenty of games out there that don't have 'high' system requirements and offer a great experience as well ... like games from nintendo are not known for graphical fidelity but rather quirky and innovative game play
- as far as AMD is concerned, I myself have preferred it to that other company ... in fact, I remeber having the 486 DX4 from amd and the K6-2 and so on ... and after that other company was exposed for its cheating and corrupt practices, I tend to avoid their products ... even the NICs though it's quite hard to do so at times!
- Ryzen shall be hopefully available here with reasonable premium!
- One thing about tech I like the most is that with time the cost usually keeps going down and it becomes commonplace for almost everybody to use!

Regards,
Ahmed
