you have repeatedly answered your own question, provided good alternatives and used curse language along with duplicate replies. I am not sure what outcome do you expect from this thread.
Intel has been better for gaming than AMD (not talking bang for buck) for a few years, since we dont have any major group which publishes benchmarks or compares cpus gpus apus available in local market we rely on others to set the trend. Since almost 95% of reviewers would go for an intel and nvidia based gaming computer in their videos on youtube or other forums, we would do the same, reason is when spending this much amount on a gaming PC no one wants to gamble rooting for the underdog, we play safe.
Now sellers would only sell the items which they can get rid of easily, maybe you me and a few others would want an AMD system but a vast majority would still go for intel/nvidia. Seller is not gonna freeze their money by investing in a product they know the majority wont buy.
I dont know what you consider a high tier gaming PC but spending 2 Lac should be enough to get you a high tier gaming system which would include the i7 Kabylake unlocked, a z270 mobo, 16 gigs of ram and a gtx 1080 (prices of skylake and z170 boards should fall a little but they would perform equally well), that system should play almost any game at 1440p on high/ultra setting with very playable FPS.
