Everyone can watch in the footage his intentions were not to kill anyone.
The fires shot by him were in the instant reaction of Zamurd khan trying to catch him & after that his guns were in the air.
He could have just stand there & atleast shoot Zamurd Khan but he didn't do that.
IMO he was in a way surrendering.
Many people will agree with his demands but that waz not the way to do it.
