PC Graphics options difference between vice city and san andreas

GTA San Andreas is one of the greatest games i've been ever played on PC.
The story is interesting, gameplay is better, sound is good and graphics are cutting edge. The player takes on the character of a gangbanger, CJ who brings the Grove Street Families back to prominence.

Despite all the good qualities of this video game there is something to mension. In GTA Vice City when the screen resolution in graphics settings is set to 1024*768 pixels the game's brightness is improved but when the same action is taken to GTA SA there is very little improvement is seen.

I don't blame Rockstar North for this. May be on high-end PC's its different situation. But i have experienced this since i first time played this game.

Yeah i also noticed it but then i thought its my monitor's fault but sad to know that its a major prob

vice city n san adnread both r placed in different places...vice city looks more gloomy than sa its looked more like miami and more focused on sea so thats y its brightness is high or looks 1

San Andreas is very yellowish !! -- hate it

Vice City -- was great ,
