General Nayatel Awesomeness Thread.

Recently got sick of PTCL constantly crapping out, so I bit the bullet and visited a Nayatel office.

Inshallah they'll come inspect my home tomorrow.

I'm pretty excited, except for the 1mb connection during the day. I'll just have to learn to deal with it. Hopefully the pings will be better than PTCL.

For those of you who already have it installed, how is it?

Honestly I don't own Nayatel and neither I live in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. But man you made a great choice by getting Nayatel. It is the best Broadband you can ever dream of, no doubt that their rates are a bit high but man their Internet Services are mind-blowing. If Nayatel was in Lahore I would have installed in my House at once without thinking twice.

Nope, they did throttle torrents a LONNNG time back (and maybe last EID) but they stopped that after a week or so.

I ordered on Monday and was enjoying its awesomeness before jumma prayers on Friday
Well today faced some speed issues
otherwise its perfect for me
At my house, internet is mostly used at night
So the package is good for me
and u made a wise decision switching over to nayatel

World call was similarly awesome when it first launched in Karachi waaay back in 2004-2005.

Until they started spreading like zerg creep and then its off to the craphouse for shitty speeds and lousy connectivity!

Please don't speak like you know everything. Nayatel/Micronet(same company) have always been known for reliability and great service. And the reason their connection i.e speed and pings are so good is because of fibre optic cables. I doubt your world call used superior technology to what was available at that time.

PTCL enjoys a monopoly, so its normal if they exploits consumers. Anyway do share the experiences
