Hi, I am planning to build a gaming PC and have come up with 2 configurations. I need your recommendations on any changes you want to make. Prices have been taken from several Pakistani Websites such as galaxy.com.pk, CZONE and gtstore.pk.

Points to consider:

1. Future proof with respect to being an easily/cheaply up-gradable system in future.
2. Play on 1080p, for 2-3 years at least (I have no issues with input lag).
3. Do not plan on overclocking.
4. Not interested in fancy cases and RGB lighting.
5. My first Build, so no used parts.

2nd build get a better quality psu as well as a proper LCD/LED monitor. the input lag on the TV is unbearable especially if you are gaming

I am playing on my 4ktv and there is a mode called gaming mode and when you activate it .the lag becomes non existent .tv is perfectly fine for playing games through pc .the only thing that you are bound is FPS 60 but that is totally fine for games

In.Build 1. You can easily change I5 processor with i3 without any sacrifice in performance. From the money saved, I would invest in better power supply brand like Antec, SeaSonic or Corsair GS series

What we put Gtx 1070 Ti in first build instead of Rx 580? It will only add 17500 PKR more to first build. Than is it necessary to go with 2nd build anyway?

1. Purple HDDs are specifically meant for surveillance and not general usage. Get blue or seagate barracuda.
2. Agreed with replacing TT PSU with a corsair.
3. Agreed with replacing RX580. The 1060 6GB is an option as well. About as fast, runs way more efficiently and in popular games like GTA V is ahead. In games it is behind it is by a couple of fps, when it is ahead the margin is bigger. Frame times are about the same.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
