Game rankings

Is it possible to make a HUGE game rankings database for games?

We could start with one game and add more at request (therefore avoiding adding all games which don't need rankings or are too old)

Some loser guy like me could manage the whole thing or maybe some games

people could "post" (NOT PM) screenshots. And it wouldn't be divided into consoles, would be one ranking for all platforms.

Things like lap times, game scores etc (in single player modes)

but obviously in a much better manner...like a table in a dedicated rankings sections/page
